REFUND POLICY
In the event that the buyer is not entirely satisfied with any purchase, the buyer may apply for a refund under the terms of this policy.

Refunds are available only before the final delivery, as described below.

Specific Points

  1. A refund may be requested atleast 2 days before the final delivery date. Refunds will not be awarded after that time.
  2. The buyer will be required to give a written assurance that all copies of the purchased item(s) have been permanently deleted, prior to a refund being awarded.
  3. The Refund Policy may be revised from time to time, at the discretion of Vanguard International. The version of the policy in effect on the date of the purchase will apply to any refund request.
  4. This policy does not affect the statutory rights of the buyer.

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, the buyer needs to email contact@vanguard-intl.net in the first instance, quoting buyer's name, address, items purchased, date of purchase, order number, and details of the refund requested. We will normally reply to a request within 2 days.

Please note that the buyer is required to supply a justification for requesting a refund. As a constructive feedback would help us improve our services!
